About the project

We're thrilled to have recently partnered with Collective Stays. Following their recent acquisition, enhanced their pricing strategy for their extensive Airbnb portfolio, which includes over 60 properties across five states and 39 submarkets. This marks a significant milestone for our company as we continue to expand our service offerings to both homeowners, investors, and other management companies. We finished the project in December, 2024, and are gathering data to build out a case study. More to come!
