We take an extremely hands on approach to hosting. When it comes to listings, we do not "set it and forget it" and hope the bookings come rolling in. We are proactive co-hosts who constantly updating listing copy, photos, pricing, and amenities to stay current with the market and the seasons. We also take a very personal approach to guest experience. At Elite Hosting Co we provide a range of services, including listing creation, obtaining professional photography, guest communication, booking management, pricing optimization, cleaning and maintenance coordination, supply stocking, financial reporting, lodging tax compliance, assistance obtaining a county rental license, and more. We handle the day-to-day operations so you can maximize your rental income with minimal effort.

We charge a market competitive 20% of monthly revenue.

To get started, reach out to us here. We will guide you through the onboarding process, which involves a property walk through with our operations team, signing a contract with a proposed setup schedule, allowing our team to complete setup, and launching the listing.

Our Operations Team provides monthly reports and updates to all of our property owners. These reports include details about bookings, occupancy rates, financial summaries, guest reviews, and any notable property-related information. We also provide pre-filled county lodging tax forms that are ready for you to put in the mail.

At Elite Hosting Co we want to stay in service to you on the basis of our excellence in operating your property, not on the basis of a long term contract. That is why our contracts are only 30 day terms so there is no long term commitment for you.

Yes, we coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of your property. We only work with trusted and high quality cleaning and maintenance vendors to ensure your rental is well-maintained and ready for guests between stays.

We use dynamic pricing software that accounts for various factors, such as market demand, seasonality, local events, and competitor analysis, to optimize the pricing of your vacation rental. Unlike some of the bigger companies though, we do not “set it and forget it.” We keep a human touch on the dynamic pricing and make well informed adjustments when necessary.

When a guest raises an issue or complaint, our Operations Team handles the situation promptly. We liaise with the guest to address their concerns and find a satisfactory resolution, ensuring a positive experience for both the guest and property owner.

Elite Hosting Co actively manages and oversees the booking process. We handle inquiries, booking requests, and reservation confirmations. Additionally, we update the availability calendar, ensure prompt payment collection, and manage cancellation policies.

Absolutely! This is YOUR property and we are more than happy to block off specific dates for personal use. We only ask that you not cancel a current guest booking as that has a massive impact on your properties future performance.
