Our Prices

Full Service Management

20% of nightly rate for our services + $40/month technology fee. This includes Revenue Management, Vendor, & Guest Management, and maintenance. This allows you to be completely hands off.

Dynamic Pricing

5% of Gross Revenue. Includes market/property analysis, dynamic pricing software, weekly updates , and 24/7 pricing support. Looking top optimize your pricing, but don't know where to start? This is for you.

Design & Setup

EHC offers custom design and set up solutions. Whether you are starting from scratch or making minor improvements, we are here to assist. Contract available upon request.
